We understand a computer is vital to your daily life and business activities.  We are dedicated to perform the quality work and return your computer in a timely manner.  As our promise to you, we will return your computer within 3 business days (Monday – Saturday, expect holidays) unless we need to order a part(s).  Or, in case we realize it takes more than 3 days to repair your computer when you drop it off or we pick it up, we will give you an estimated time of completion.  In a rare case we cannot complete repair on time, we will give you a gift certificate for the same amount you pay.

We will be honest !

We know not everyone is computer literate.  At Best PC Reno, you don’t have to worry about how well you understand your computer and what kind of questions we ask.  We always make sure you understands what problems you have, what repair we will perform, what risks will be involved, what alternatives we will take in case something unexpected happens, and maybe the most importantly how much you will be charged.

We will never do something unnecessary and ineffective in order to charge you more.  All we care about is your satisfaction.  Some of you may think we are not cheap, and we respect your opinion.  We are not the cheapest computer repair shop in town, but please do not fall into a game of chasing the cheapest one.  There must be reasons why some of our competitors are cheaper -such as less quality repair, dishonesty, or impersonal services.

As a legitimate business licensed in Nevada, we need to charge you a certain service fee to sustain, but it doesn’t mean you are overcharged at Best PC Reno.  We believe that once you experience our services, you will know why our customers have been trusting us for their computer needs.

We are always eager to offer you the best quality services, but there are rare occasions when something is left unrealized.  In case you are not 100% satisfied, please feel free to contact us.  We will happily work on your computer again at no charge to you unless the problem is related to hardware failure.

Our People and Company ::

Shu Nomura – Co-Founder & President – has been living in Reno since 1999. He obtained several higher-education degrees during his 10-year educational journey. He was one of the first three graduates obtaining Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Western Nevada College in 2009. He was working as a senior designer for a civil engineering company in Reno till he started his own computer service business.

Shu’s computer background began when he was just seven and his father brought a laptop computer home. He has been playing with computers, trying new things, finding his own tricks and helping his friends and family learn new skills and build confidence on computers ever since . Shu has also served as a network administrator and computer specialist while working for the engineering company.

Shu decided to start his own company several months after he left his career in engineering. In the partnership with his wife – Mayu – he opened a store in Franktown Corners Shopping Center at Kietzke Lane and Grove Street in Reno. As Mayu is a pianist and well-known certified piano instructor, she’s been playing a critical role in Best PC Reno for the PR. In addition to her music career Mayu is now serving as CEO of Best PC Reno.
